Shipping
We ship worldwide from Dubai.
Every piece is delivered worldwide from our base in Dubai. Because the capsule is made in limited runs, most items are produced to order — join the waitlist on the product page and we’ll email you when your size is ready to buy.
Once an order is placed, delivery typically takes two to four business days across the GCC, and five to ten elsewhere. Any import duties or local taxes are settled by the recipient on arrival.
You’ll receive tracking the moment your order leaves us.
Returns & exchanges
Thirty days on stock pieces.
If a stock piece isn’t right, return it unworn and with its tags within thirty days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll send a return address.
Return shipping is not free: the cost depends on where the parcel is sent from and is the customer’s responsibility. We’ll confirm the amount when you start a return, and it’s deducted from your refund unless you arrange your own courier.
Made-to-order and custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Because they’re produced specifically for you once you order, all made-to-order sales are final — save for a fault in the item or an error on our part, which we’ll always put right. The product page tells you whether a piece is stock or made-to-order before you buy.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once the piece is received and checked. Exchanges depend on what’s left — if your size has sold through, join the waitlist on the product page and we’ll write to you when it’s back.

Designed to fit true to size.
Every product page carries a full measurement chart, tailored to that piece — the measurements that matter for it, in centimeters and inches, with international conversions.
Our cuts sit true to size. If you’re between sizes, size down for a cleaner line or up for a little more room.
The waitlist & drops
We make what’s wanted, and little more.
The capsule is the essentials of the men’s wardrobe, and we add to it in limited drops through the year rather than by season. Pieces are made in small, made-to-order runs, so styles regularly sell through.
When your size is unavailable, join the waitlist on the product page — pick your color and size, leave your email, and we record exactly what you’re after. The moment that piece is back, you’re the first to know. Joining costs nothing and you’re never charged until you place a real order.

Is there a store I can visit?
No — Broderick St. is online only. Everything we make lives on this site.
Where are the clothes made?
Designed in California and produced by specialist mills and makers in Turkey, Portugal, Italy and China. Each product page names its origin.
Can I choose the currency prices are shown in?
Yes. We show prices in USD, AED, AUD or EUR. We pick one automatically based on your region, and you can switch anytime with the currency selector in the footer or the menu — your choice is remembered.
How does the waitlist work?
Everything is made in limited runs, so pieces sell through. On any product page, choose your color and size and leave your email to join the waitlist. We record exactly which product, color and size you want, and email you the moment it’s available to order. It’s free and you’re not charged until you place an order.
Why is nothing branded on the outside?
By design. A piece should earn its place through fabric and cut, not a logo. You’ll find our mark on the inside, and nowhere else.
How do I know when new pieces drop?
Join the list at the bottom of any page. We only write when something new goes up — a few notes a month, nothing more.

We want Broderick St. to be usable by everyone. We build toward WCAG 2.1 AA — semantic markup, keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text and considered color contrast — and we test as the site grows.
If you hit a barrier or something is hard to use, tell us and we’ll fix it. Email us and we’ll also help you place your order directly.
Terms of service
By placing an order you agree to our terms of sale. Prices are shown in your selected currency and exclude taxes and duties, which are settled by the recipient on arrival. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order at our discretion — if we do, you’re refunded in full.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when your order is placed; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. All transactions are handled in the store’s base currency, and your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced specifically for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or refunded except where faulty or mis-supplied. Stock pieces may be returned under our Returns policy; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Made-to-order timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Intellectual property. Broderick St. is designed and owned in the United States. All designs, patterns, garments, product and campaign photography, text, the Broderick St. name, logo and marks are the property of Broderick St. and protected by law. We reserve all rights: nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, resold, or used to train or generate other works without our prior written permission.
Joining the waitlist places no order and no obligation; it simply records your interest so we can notify you when a piece is available. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.
Privacy
We collect only what we need: enough to process and deliver your order (your name, contact and shipping details), to hold your waitlist request (the product, color and size you asked about, with your email), and — if you opt in — to tell you about new drops.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered with and stored by Stripe, not by us — we only receive confirmation of payment and the information needed to fulfil your order. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We use a small amount of essential and analytics data to run the site and understand what’s working; we don’t use it to track you across other websites. We never sell your information, and we share it only with the partners who make your order happen — our payment provider (Stripe) and the couriers who deliver to you.
We keep your data only as long as needed for orders, accounting and the notifications you’ve asked for. You can unsubscribe, or ask to see or delete your data, at any time — just email us and it’s done.
